GPU instancing is not working with procedurally generated meshes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project
2. Open the only scene
3. Play the scene
4. Open the Frame Debugger
5. Notice that meshes are not instanced
Actual result: Meshes are not instanced
Expected result: Meshes are instanced
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b6, 5.4.1p3
Shader is not working on 5.3 and 5.2 versions

Latest issues
- Redoing creation of Sub Scenes and Cube GameObjects in Hierarchy throws “Assertion failed on expression: 'targetScene != nullptr’” error in Console window
- Selecting “New Sub Scene” after assigning “New Scene” in Sub Scene Script Component throws “Destroying GameObjects immediately is not permitted” in the Console window
- Shader Graph "Zoom Step Size" can be set to 0 even though the zoom still works
- Enabling/Disabling the Deprecated Nodes doesn't apply to the opened Shader Graph unless any Variable is added to the Blackboard
