GPU Instancing does not work with Sprite Renderer when used in an URP project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “SpriteRendererURP“ project
2. In the Hierarchy select Sprite1
3. Change either its Width or Height Size value in the Sprite Renderer component
4. Observe in Scene view
Expected result: The size of both Sprites changes
Actual result: Only the size of one Sprite changes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.58f1, 2023.1.0a1
Not reproducible on: 2022.3.68f1, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Fixed in: 2022.3.59f1
