[GPU PLM] GPU baking does not match CPU
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached repro project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Bake lighting using CPU PLM
4. Bake lighting using GPU PLM
5. Notice the differences in the output
Notes:
- Reproduces both with .blend and .fbx mesh file formats
- Reproduces both in Linear and Gamma color space

Latest issues
- Lightmaps are baked incorrectly for GameObjects when their Position is <=-2048 or >=2048 on any of the coordinates
