Global axis shows wrong direction
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "Example1.zip" attached project.
2. Select global axis in "123" scene.
2. Rotate cube with transform tool.
3. Select second transform tool. (only repros by actually clicking on translate tool in main toolbar, using W shortcut does not repro)
--- Object axis shows local position not global even though global axis is selected.

Workaround: Again select object in hierarchy menu.
