[Windows][GLCore] Editor in OpenGL Core freezes after resizing any tab
Project Steps:
1. Open any project or attached one. Have it set to use OpenGL Core rendering API
2. Resize any Editor tab
3. Editor will freeze after few seconds. If not, repeat step 2
