[GLCore][SpeedTree] Speed trees appear black with GLCore in Windows
All speedtrees appear black on GLCore on Windows. When close enough the textures are lit strangely (see GIF)
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene Level1_Matt
2) Look at trees, move close to see lighting effect
