[Contex][GLCore] Scaling two windows rapidly makes them both black, docking new windows here crashes editor in DrvPresentBuffers
Rapidly moving the border between two windows makes both render black (useless). This is unfixable without restarting editor. Docking new windows to this area can cause editor to crash in DrvPresentBuffers
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project
2) Move border between two windows as shown by Gif
3) Observe black window area
4) Dock more windows to black area until crash (incosistent weird behaviour occurs)
