Gizmos of camera are misdrawn if camera uses custom projection matrix
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "test"
3. Select main camera and notice that gizmos and camera's view do not match
Reproduced with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.3p2, 5.4.0b9, 2017.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.3.0a3

Latest issues
- Selecting “New Sub Scene” after assigning “New Scene” in Sub Scene Script Component throws “Destroying GameObjects immediately is not permitted” in the Console window
- Shader Graph "Zoom Step Size" can be set to 0 even though the zoom still works
