Gizmos are visible when disabled in wireframe Shading Mode with HDRP
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “IN-26384”
2. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
3. Switch to wireframe Shading Mode through the toolbar of the Scene view
4. Enable and disable Gizmos in the toolbar
Excepted result: Gizmos are being enabled and disabled
Actual result: Gizmos are still visible when disabled
Reproducible with: 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a24
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.43f1 (Gizmos isn’t visible in wireframe Shading Mode both enabled and disabled)
Reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel)
