Gizmos are not drawn when loading the different scene in the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “Gizmos”
2. Open the “Scene 1” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press the Space key to load the next Scene
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The gizmos are drawn
Actual result: There are no gizmos drawn
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.0a14, 2023.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Workaround: Click each Gizmo either in the Hierarchy or in Gizmos menu in the Game view
