Gizmo Settings Menu overflows to another monitor when the Scene View is expanded
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open any project
2. Double-click on the Scene Window so that it expands
3. Unravel the Gizmo button in the Overlays Menu
Expected result: Gizmo Settings Menu remains on the same monitor and doesn’t overflow
Actual result: Gizmo Settings Menu overflows to another monitor
Reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0b7
Fixed in: 2023.2.5f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproduces when the second monitor is set up to the right of the original display
- The original display is 3840 x 2160, the second display is 2560 x 1440
