Incorrectly baked ambient is cached and cannot be rebuilt
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and Defaults.scene
2) Notice the sphere has strong yellow tint in the bottom(case 760791 bug)
3) Change Directional Light rotation - notice it dissapears (look at .gif 1)
4) Undo with Ctrl+Z and change Ambient Intensity - notice it dissapears again(gif 2)
5) Undo again and play. Notice the yellow tint stays even if light's rotation changes
Workaround: Clear GI Cache and rebuild lighting
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b4; 5.3.2p1
No repro: 5.2.3p3
