[GammaSpace][Build] LoadLevel with skybox ambient source increases brightness
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Build lighting for scene 01
2) Build and run the scene
3) Notice the brightness before pressing anything in the build
4) Press 0 and notice how the brightness changes (increased a little bit)
