GetKey returns false in the first frame when new scene is loaded
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "" scene
3. Play in editor and hold 'Space' button on keyboard
4. Observe console window
Results: As scene changes in several second intervals the first frame doesn't capture keyboard input
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b23, 5.3.5p3, 5.2.4f1
