Generic ScriptableObjects are not filtered when opening Object picker
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene
3. In the Hierarchy window select “Example Object”
4. In the Inspector window under “Example Component” select any asset from the Object picker for the “Float SO” field
Expected result: Only valid assets are shown that match the Generic type
Actual result: All assets are shown without filtering out the wrong Generic types
Reproducible with: 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a12
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.40f1 - No assets were shown when opening the Object picker
Reproducible on: macOS 12.6
