Generated Visual Studio Solution file throws an error when project name contains '^' symbol
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project containing "^" symbol
2. Open Build Settings window (File->Build Settings...)
3. In Build Settings window tick "Create Visual Studio Solution"
4. Build project
5. Open folder where the project was built
6. Open Visual Studio Solution file (projectName.sln)
Expected result: File opens without error
Actual result: Errors "These files could not be found and will not be loaded." is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1 (No Visual Studio Solution menu item to tick)
