Steps:
# Use 2022.2.0b12
# Create a new URP template project
# Open SampleScene
# Open Lighting window, *make sure Auto Generate is ON*
# Open Package manager, click "+", select Add package by name, put "com.unity.entities.graphics", click Add
# Open Lighting window, observe the Generate Lighting button is greyed out

Expected: Auto Generate button should be turned off and Generate Lighting button is not greyed out after installing Entities Graphics package
