[General] SetComponentForLinkedEntityGroup can not set linked group in subscene.
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter "Play" mode
4. Observe the console window
Expected outcome: The child value is not equal to 0
Actual outcome: The child value is equal to 0
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
