[GearVR] GLES2 Single Pass on Mali GPU black screen vrapi_GetPredictedTracking: ovr->Destroyed
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build on device using OpenGLES2 and Single Pass Stereo Rendering Method
3. Launch the app on device
-- Notice the screen stays black (No Oculus or Unity logo) and logcat spams vrapi_GetPredictedTracking: ovr->Destroyed &vrapi_GetPredictedDisplayTime: ovr->Destroyed
