GCSettings.LatencyMode is set to Batch on WP8 devices
GCSettings.LatencyMode by default is set to batch on Windows Phone devices, while on the editor it is set to Interactive.
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build & run for WP8
3. Close the app
4. Inspect the log. It says "LatencyMode: Batch, int value: 0" while on the editor it says "LatencyMode: Interactive, int value: 1"
Explanation: Windows Phone 8 ignores this value. Changing it has no effect so we leave it at default.
