Gap between package title and publisher appears in Package Manager when UI Toolkit package is installed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Package Manager window
3. Open the "My assets" packages list
4. Select the first element and use the arrow down to go through items
Expected result: there's no gap between package title and publisher
Actual result: there's a few lines gap between package title and publisher
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.11 (2020.3.1f1), 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a8)
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2018.4 - UI Toolkit is not introduced, UI Toolkit 1.0.0-preview.9 and older - introduces other UI issues in Package Manager that make it unusable
Note: reproduces on 2021.2.0a8 according to the user (see attached video recording)
