Gameobject starts rotating when a force is applied to the center of its mass and along its up vector
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open and play "Main" scene
3. Wait 5 seconds for the rocket to start recentering itself
Expected result: When the "Rocket" gameobject is being recentered, no rotation occurs
Actual result: When the "Rocket" gameobject is being recentered, it also begins rotating
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.0a3, 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.2p4
