GameObject is lagging in the Scene View while changing positions when its Transform position value is adjusted in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Right-click in the Hierarchy go to 3D Object > Cube
3. Select the newly created "Cube" GameObject
4. Select it and adjust the X position in the Inspector by fast dragging the X value
5. Inspect the Scene View
Expected result: Cube is smoothly changing position in the Scene View
Actual result: Cube is lagging when changing position in the Scene View
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b13, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a16, 2020.2.0a20
Notes: the lag is noticeable only when the values are adjusted fast(check out the attached video)
