GameObject is constrained by previous animation keys when the Animation State transitions
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "My project (51).zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select the "Cube" GameObject in the Scene view
5. Move the GameObject on any axis
Expected results: The "Cube" GameObject moves
Actual results: The "Cube" GameObject doesn't move
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.13f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
