GameObject icon is displayed in Scene view when it's visibility is turned off
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “GameObjectTagNotHidingExample” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Open and observe the Scene view
Expected result: “IShouldNotBeSeenIfViewIsOff” GameObject icon is not displayed
Actual result: “IShouldNotBeSeenIfViewIsOff” GameObject icon is displayed

Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
