Game runs at 120-240 FPS but gameplay is choppy when entering the Play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "1371578.zip" project attached in google drive (link in the edits)
2. Open the "Game" Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the Game view and the Stats window
Expected result: The game runs smoothly at 60 FPS
Actual result: The game runs at 120-250 FPS but the gameplay is choppy
Reproducible with: 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.26f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a12
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.31f1 (Compilation errors after downgrade)

If it is of any help, wanted to add that I started seeing it on 2021.1.22f1, I downgraded later to 2021.1.20f1 and came back to normal, so whatever it is, is right there between those two versions.
