[FSBTool and Unity][Crash] Importing a very small wav file crashes FSBTool as well as Unity
Steps to repro:
1. Launch Unity
2. Import the attached wave file which is a very small file
Note that FSBTool crashes on 5.4.0.b16
But the import works fine on 5.3.4p4
