Freeform Light 2D stops working when exiting the Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Prefab Asset "GameObject" in isolation by pressing the arrow in Hierarchy
3. Enter and exit Play Mode
Expected results: Light stay the same
Actual results: Light no longer works
Reproduced in: 11.0.0 (2021.1.27f1), 12.1.0 (2021.2.1f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a14)
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.21f1 (Experimental Light 2D)
