FrameDebugger has no texture preview except Texture2D
Steps:
1. Open attached ReproSkinnedMesh.zip
2. Open Repro scene
3. Open FrameDebugger, enable it
4. Render.OpaqueGeometry > RenderForward.RenderLoopJob > select any "Draw Mesh"
5. Expand "Textures" section
6. Click on "Cube" and "Tex3D", observe their texture preview are just the icon
