[FrameDebugger] Camera Color property title in FrameDebugger is updated every frame and hence difficult to read
The Camera Color property titles in FrameDebugger are updated constantly and hence difficult to read. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project with HDRP template
2) Window> Analysis > FrameDebugger
3) Enable FrameDebugger
4) Select "ColorPyramid"
Actual result: The title of ColorPyramid is being updated every frame and hence difficult to read
Expected result: The title should not be updated every frame
Occurring on: 2020.2.0a5, 2020.1.0b3, 2019.3.4f1, 2019.3.0a1
Working fine on: 2019.2.11f1
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
