Frame charts view line separators disappear when resizing the chart height or scrolling through the Frame charts view
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler
3. Make sure that only 6 (or fever) modules are enabled
4. Resize the Module details panel
5. While resizing the panel observe the line separators between the modules
Expected result: Line separators are visible while resizing the Module details panel
Actual result: Some of the line separators disappear
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1
Notes:
- It is possible to resize the chart height only when there are 6 or fewer modules in the list
- Sometimes line separators disappear/reappear while scrolling through the Frame charts view
