Font used in Package Manager is not Bold in certain versions
How to reproduce:
1. Open a Unity Project
2. Go to the Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
Expected result: In the Package Manager the title and version of a Package is Bold
Actual result: In the Package Manager the title and version of a Package is Bold and in a different font
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0b7, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0b8, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a9, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0b1

- Doesn't reproduce on MAC
