Flickering when moving camera around
To reproduce:
1. Build attached project
2. Run game
3. Move camera around in game level
4. Observe flickering (Flickering is less noticeable in non-development builds)
Reproducible: 5.4.0b6, 5.3.2p3, 5.2.4p1
