Postponed means that the issue was either a feature request or something that requires major refactoring on our side. Since that makes the issue not actionable in the close future we choose to close it as Postponed and add it on our internal roadmaps and technical debt pages instead.

[FixInGit1.4] Collab toolbar only shows 1st update available when multiple updates are made by others while editor is open
In both 2017.3 and 2018.x, the collab toolbar shows an "Update" state when another user publishes an update. However, if another user publishes multiple updates, you will only see the collab toolbar prompt you to update to the first available update. Updating will allow you to see the newer updates. Re-launching the editor will also show new updates. In 2017.3, you will automatically see all newer updates in the history window as well.
REPRO STEPS:
Machine 1 & 2: Open the same collab-enabled project
Machine 1: Publish an update
Machine 2: Observe state of collab toolbar
Machine 1: Publish additional updates
Machine 2: Observe state of collab toolbar
RESULTS:
On Machine 2, only the first update is shown in the collab toolbar
