Fix swirl filter demo code sample
The swirl shader has two bugs.
- The blend mode should be Blend One Zero because we don't need to blend with the RT background which is always black.
- The SwirlfFilterFunction.asset is not a Filter Function Definition asset for some reason and must re-created.
