Fix button in the HDPR Wizard Window is shown again after restarting the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “My Project (4)”
2. Click Window → Rendering → HDPR Wizard → HDPR + DXR
3. Click Fix
4. Restart the Editor
5. Observe the HDPR Wizard window again
Expected result: There are no issues with the DXR resources
Actual result: There is an error message and you need to click Fix again to resolve it
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: Also reproducible in the clean project
