FindObjectOfType does not find GameObject with HideFlags.DontSave
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project (SingletonTest)
2. Click Tools->Create Singleton
3. Click Tools->Find
4. A debug log is printed that the object with HiddenDebugSettings.cs script attached is not found
Expected result: HideFlags.DontSave should not affect FindObjectOfType
Actual result: FindObjectOfType does not find GameObject with HideFlags.DontSave
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0b2, 2017.1.0f3, 5.6.2p2, 5.5.4p1, 5.4.5p4
