Filled UI image is not updated when the fillAmount is set to 0 and progressively increased with a very small number
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Run 'Test scene'
3. Notice that 'Image filled' image does not show but the fill amount slider moves.
4. Change the 0.0001f value in Test.cs to higher number (e.g. 0.001f) and notice that the image is updated again when run.
