Files with long non latin character names are shown as changed when collaborating between OSX and Windows machines
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project on a machine running Windows 10
2. Enable Collaboration for the project and make an initial commit
3. Download the project on a machine running OSX
4. On the windows machine, add the two songs (one with a long name containing German characters)
5. Commit the changes on Windows machine
6. Download the changes on OSX machine via collab
7. Notice collab feature offering to commit the files as there are changes in the music file with the long name
Reproduced on: Windows 10 machine, iMac (Late 2015) running OSX 10.11, Unity versions: 5.5.0b9, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a6
