Files are renamed when dragged into Unity using file explorer
Reproduction Steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open File Explorer and locate an image or file
3. Drag that file into the project window
4. File is imported with a different name (name => _ame)
Expected result: File is imported into Unity with the same name as displayed in File Explorer
Actual result: The file has its' first character removed and an '_' is placed in front of the name
Reproduced in: 2020.1.11f1 and 2020.1.12f1
Not reproducible in: 2020.1.10f1, 2020.2.0b8, and 2019.4.13f1
Reproduces on: Windows 10, MacOS 10.15.7
Additional info:
-Assets are imported with expected names when imported using Assets - Import New Assets - Select file
-Bug appears to effect all file types (.cs files, tilemap data, pngs)

Even though, the release notes says it is fixed in 2020.1.16f, I still have the same problem. I am on MacOS Catalina.

Same issues but not all files where renamed with the _ when I drag and drop multiple files.
I try several times and renaming is sometimes totally random.
