FBX file imported form Maya 2016 format not working in Unity
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Drag fence_2016 and fence_2014_2015 to the scene
3. Notice that fence_2016 does't render anything
4. If you Reload All, it works

This is still an issue on 5.3.1f1 on Mac, works OK on Windows.

If using Maya2016 SP2 / FBX plugin version 2016.1 Release (235414) :
Readable : FBX 2016 Ascii format / FBX 2015/2014 Binary format /...
Unreadable : FBX 2016 Binary formatto Unity 5.1.3f1
