"Failed to load build profile" warning is thrown when restarting the Editor after creating a new Build Profile
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a new Universal 3D project
2. Open the Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
3. Click the "Add Build Profile" button
4. Select "Windows" and click the "Add Build Profile" button
5. Switch to the new Build Profile by pressing the "Switch Profile" button
6. Click the "Customize player settings" button
7. Uncheck the "Auto Graphics API for Windows" checkbox
8. Check the "Auto Graphics API for Windows" checkbox
9. Close the Build Profiles window
10. Restart the Editor
11. Observe the Console window
*Actual results:* "Failed to load build profile" warning is thrown
*Expected results:* No warnings are thrown
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.22f1, 6000.0.29f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.21f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11

It'd be great if you could link to the Duplicate issue in the future. I'd like to see how/if this "UUM-85123" was resolved but I can't find it after searching both the issuetracker and google for it both by issue name and title.
