'Failed to find compatible Skybox shader' error is thrown when dragging a cubemap into the Scene View
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Right-click in the Project window and select Create > Legacy > Cubemap
3. Drag the Cubemap into the Scene View
Expected result: a material for the Cubemap is created and set as the Skybox material
Actual result: 'Failed to find compatible Skybox shader' error is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1

Creating a Material with the Shader Skybox/Cubemap and dragging it into the Scene View works
