[facebook] build and run into gameroom works unreliably
-e: it works the first time but fails on subsequent times
-repro:
--start gameroom app
--create new project
--switch to FB
--build&run
--notice it works
--close gameroom
--build&run again
--NOTICE build wont start in gameroom app
-workaround: open build from gameroom to test it in the app

Latest issues

This is likely on Facebook's side, and not high enough priority for us to investigate deeper anytime soon.
