[Facebook] 64bit Windows build option not available
-e: the gameroom windows build is 32bit by default and can't be changed in the build settings
-repro:
--create new project
--switch to facebook
--make gameroom windows build
--NOTICE that it is a 32bit build and there is no option available to change it to 64bit
