Extreme jittering in Play Mode when using DLSS and Forced Screen Percentage

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “DLSSJittering“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Make sure to enable “High Quality Line Rendering” (Edit > Project Settings > Quality > HDRP > Rendering)
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Observe the Game view

Expected result: The viewport does not jitter
Actual result: The viewport jitters

Reproduced with: 6000.0.0b16
Could not test with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.25f1, 2023.2.19f1 (Could not locate the “High Quality Line Rendering” setting)

Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Notes:
1. Not reproducible in the Player
2. If the issue does not reproduce then attempt to toggle the “High Quality Line Rendering” settings
3. A video showing the issue is attached in the internal comments

  1. Resolution Note:

    Cannot reproduce the issue in Unity 6000.0.0b12 using DLSS v3.11.
    The most recent Unity 6000.0 should have DLSS v3.7, which has significant improvements to frame stability over the older version Unity used.
    Please submit a new ticket if the issue continues with the latest version.

    Fix this - DLSS is a pretty big feature that should be working on any game engine - if available, and the fact it's been a year and still not fixed is almost unacceptable.
