Existing folder contents are overwritten with the GlobalVolumeProfile Asset when saving a new "Standard(URP)" Scene in Unity

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Observe the contents of the “Assets/Test“ folder in the Project browser
3. Create a new “Standard(URP)“ Scene (File > New Scene)
4. Save it under the name “Test“
5. Observe the contents of the “Assets/Test“ folder in the Project browser

Expected result: The contents of the “Test“ folder are not overwritten and the GlobalVolumeProfile.asset file is created in the “Test“ folder
Actual result: The contents of the “Test“ folder are overwritten with the GlobalVolumeProfile.asset file

Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.14f1, 2023.3.0b10
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.1.0a14
