Exceptions are thrown if Camera capability is disabled when running a project which uses Camera
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project which uses Camera
2. Build and run it to WP8 device without enabling camera capability
3. Message regarding missing capability will be shown. However, additional exceptions will be also thrown.
