Exception is thrown when checking out other than .asset files in Version Control
How to reproduce:
1. Open the created Environmen remote desktop
2. Open the project in users/bokken/perforce/main/repro
3. Open and play the "ReproScene" Scene
4. Observe the console for the exception
Expected Behaviour: All files have been checked out by version control system
Actual Behaviour: One of the files are not checked out and ArgumentNullException is raised
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a11, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.1.0a10
