Exception is thrown 'HoloLensWorldManager failed to return a world coordinate system' when calling SurfaceObserver
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1171335_repro.zip and open "SampleScene" scene
2. switch platform to UWP
3. Enable XR in Player settings
4. Enter play mode
Expected results: No exception to be thrown
Actual results: Exception is thrown
Reproduced with:2019.3.0a11, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2018.4.4f1
Regression introduced in: 2019.1.0a11
Note:
- Reproducible when there is no XR device connected to Editor and XR isn't simulating in Editor.
